What will you need at your consultation?

Full-time workers:  Job letter*, most recent pay stub, T4, notice of assessments, void check.

Part-time workers:  Job letter*, most recent pay stub (if currently employed), T4 (last two years), notice of assessments (last two years), For qualifying purpose we need to average income over 2 years, void check.

Seasonal workers:  Job letter*, most recent pay (if currently employed), T4 (last two years), notice of assessments (last two years), void check.

Self employed / commission based workers:  Must be in business for a minimum of three years, incorporation, business number, business financials (last two years), T1 generals, notice of assessments, void check.

Other documents that may be needed:  Gift letter (if down payment is gifted), confirmation of gifted down payment from doner, bank statements, building plans and quotes, house inspection an appraisal and water test.

Length of employment, position held (full-time, part-time or seasonal).  Letter must be written on company letter head and must include a contact name and number.
